Commercial Coordinator

We're looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our commercial and project team, providing vital administrative and financial support while gaining hands-on exposure to core quantity surveying duties such as cost estimating, take-offs, valuations, and cost monitoring.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the successful candidate will help keep commercial processes running smoothly — from procurement and subcontract management to payments and document control — while building growing involvement in project cost management.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and organisational skills who wants to develop a career in commercial and financial procedures within residential housebuilding.
