- To deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Business Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4, enabling students to achieve strong academic outcomes and develop a sound understanding of business concepts and real-world economic issues.
- Teach Business Studies up to GCSE level, delivering engaging and relevant lessons.
- Plan and deliver high-quality learning aligned with departmental schemes of work.
- Inspire pupils to develop commercial awareness, critical thinking and enterprise skills.
- Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities, such as enterprise clubs, competitions or trips.
- Being aware of and complying with all school policies, including those relating to teaching and learning, and assessment.
