This is much more than a maintenance role. You'll be at the heart of the school's operations, leading facilities services, ensuring compliance, managing a dedicated team, and taking pride in maintaining a school that enables exceptional learning experiences every day. If you're a hands-on leader with strong facilities management experience, excellent health and safety knowledge, and a passion for making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you. As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, security, and presentation of the school site. Working closely with the Bursar and wider leadership team, you'll ensure the school remains fully compliant, operationally efficient, and maintained to the highest possible standards. You'll lead and support the facilities team, oversee contractors, coordinate maintenance programmes, manage compliance systems, and ensure all school buildings, grounds, and vehicles are safe, secure, and fit for purpose.
