Located on a unique campus in the heart of Wimbledon, we are committed to enabling every student to flourish and become an independent learner for life.

Our ethos is rooted in outstanding pastoral care, small class sizes (12-15 students), and a personalised approach to teaching that supports a wide range of abilities. We pride ourselves on our collaborative staff culture and strong relationships across the school community.

About the Role

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for data accuracy and efficient processes? We are looking for a proactive Data Administrator to join our busy and supportive school team. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the school's operations, where you will play a key part in ensuring information is accurate, communications run smoothly, and staff, students and families receive outstanding support.

Working closely with colleagues across the school, you will manage key data systems, support school events and communications, and contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the administration function.

About the Role

As our Data Administrator, you will:

  • Maintain and update data across all modules of iSAMS, including academic records, reports, timetables and year-end processes.
  • Produce and distribute communications through the parent portal.
  • Support the planning and administration of educational visits and school trips.
  • Manage and maintain the school calendar, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Create and coordinate the weekly school newsletter, gathering content from across the school.
  • Update website content and support the school's social media presence.
  • Assist with the organisation and administration of parents' evenings.
  • Provide administrative support during examination periods.
  • Coordinate school photographs, vaccination programmes and other key events.
  • Maintain staff training records and compliance documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR activities and processes.
  • Cover reception when required, delivering a professional and welcoming service to visitors, parents and staff.
  • Undertake a range of general administrative duties to support the wider school team.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual who:

  • Is educated to A Level stage
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data.
  • Is confident using IT systems and databases, ideally with experience of school management information systems.
  • Has strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Is proactive, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately.
  • Shares our commitment to safeguarding, compliance and continuous improvement.
