The Role
As Admissions Manager at Pattison School, you will lead the full admissions journey from a family's first enquiry through to enrolment. You will ensure every family receives a welcoming, timely and supportive experience while helping the school build strong relationships within the local community.
You will deliver engaging school tours, open days and taster sessions, maintain accurate admissions records and manage digital platforms and CRM systems. You will also monitor admissions data and conversion rates to support forecasting and future planning.
Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will support the school's community engagement strategy and develop positive relationships with feeder nurseries, local schools, community organisations and external partners.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the full admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Providing families with a welcoming, professional and supportive experience.
- Delivering school tours, open days and taster sessions that showcase the ethos and strengths of the school.
- Maintaining accurate admissions records and managing digital admissions platforms and CRM systems.
- Monitoring admissions activity, conversion rates and trends.
- Producing regular data reports to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Building positive relationships with feeder nurseries, local schools and community partners.
- Supporting families throughout the onboarding and transition process.
- Developing strong links with senior school admissions teams.
- Working closely with the Headteacher to support the school's community engagement strategy.
- Representing the school confidently and professionally to families and external stakeholders.
- Following safeguarding policies and procedures and reporting any concerns appropriately.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience working in admissions, a customer-facing role or community engagement.
- Confidence managing busy and time-sensitive processes.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to analyse data and use it to support planning.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A warm and professional approach, with the confidence to represent the school effectively.

- Previous experience working within a school or education environment.
