Salary: £29,343 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays

About the School

We are seeking an organised, personable and proactive Admissions Assistant to join our busy Marketing & Admissions team. This is a key front‑facing role, supporting families from first enquiry through to joining the school, and ensuring every parent receives a professional, personalised and memorable experience.

The Role

  • Manage enquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring every family receives timely, accurate information.
  • Build rapport with prospective parents and pupils, tailoring tours and conversations to their needs and interests.
  • Coordinate 1:1 and group tours, supporting families throughout their visit and post‑tour follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate data and records across admissions systems.
  • Support the organisation of recruitment, assessment and taster events.
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected and processed in line with school and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the admissions journey.

About You

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A warm, confident and professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident use of IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a customer‑facing, data‑driven or sales‑oriented role.
  • Experience working in a school environment or with admissions systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, iSAMs) would be an advantage.
