Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

About the School

We are seeking an organised, personable and proactive Admissions Assistant to join our busy Marketing & Admissions team. This is a key front‑facing role, supporting families from first enquiry through to joining the school, and ensuring every parent receives a professional, personalised and memorable experience.
The Role
- Manage enquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring every family receives timely, accurate information.
- Build rapport with prospective parents and pupils, tailoring tours and conversations to their needs and interests.
- Coordinate 1:1 and group tours, supporting families throughout their visit and post‑tour follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate data and records across admissions systems.
- Support the organisation of recruitment, assessment and taster events.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected and processed in line with school and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the admissions journey.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A warm, confident and professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident use of IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a customer‑facing, data‑driven or sales‑oriented role.
- Experience working in a school environment or with admissions systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, iSAMs) would be an advantage.
