The Ticketing Duty Manager is responsible for the effective management, performance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's ticketing systems and associated guest-facing processes. The role provides clear operational ownership of ticketing following the implementation of a new system and ensures that ticketing services support both day-to-day operations and wider commercial objectives.

The role acts as a key interface between Operations, IT, and Partnerships, to ensure ticketing systems and processes align with operational delivery, commercial priorities, and partnership requirements. The role also works closely with the customer service and group bookings team to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met.

Whilst we welcome transferable skills and are not looking for the perfect match, experience managing ticketing systems or similar customer-facing operational systems is essential, as well as the ability to oversee team performance and maintain efficient, customer-focused processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience managing ticketing systems or similar customer-facing operational systems
  • Proven people management experience within a customer service or operational environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable:

  • Experience implementing or managing a new ticketing system
  • Knowledge of group bookings, partnerships, or commercial ticketing arrangements
  • Experience working closely with IT teams on system support and development
