Blenheim Palace in Woodstock is seeking a senior technical delivery lead to manage a portfolio of live residential developments from inception to completion. You will own design coordination, statutory approvals, and the timely release of information to keep construction moving on multiple schemes.
As the senior technical reference across schemes, you will direct external consultants, secure approvals (S104, S38, S278, NHBC, planning conditions), and collaborate with Land, Planning, Commercial.
