To assist the residential property manager with the letting and management of the residential properties. We are looking for someone who can bring the right skills and mindset to the role. You might not meet all the criteria, and that's okay, transferable skills and experience are highly valued.
- A good understanding of property letting and management.
- IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office.
- Customer focused and experienced with dealing with the public.
- Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills.
- Have a helpful, flexible and hardworking approach and a 'can do' attitude.
- Have a sympathetic nature, with a willingness to help.
