The role involves working closely with the Assistant Headteacher – Inclusion Lead to engage families, monitor attendance, and provide pastoral support across subjects.
The successful candidate will lead assemblies, promote high standards, track progress with data, and partner with SEND to deliver cohesive support plans for vulnerable students.
