We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused individual to join our team in supporting one of the UK’s leading visitor attractions. This exciting role plays a key part in helping us achieve our ambitious target of welcoming 800,000 visitors each year by building strong relationships with Group and Trade Partners, tourism organisations, and ticketing agents.

As part of our Customer Service and Groups team, you will be responsible for managing group bookings, handling visitor enquiries, and ensuring every guest receives a first‑class experience from the moment they book to the moment they leave the Palace. Working closely with internal departments including Catering and Operations, you will help deliver exceptional service while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the visitor experience.
