Blenheim Estate’s Park Farm is seeking an Under Shepherd to support the day-to-day management of the in-hand sheep flock, working with the Head Shepherd to maintain high stockmanship across the breeding ewe flock. The role also supports the estate's cattle herd and other stock as required.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role with seasonal sheep work and irregular hours, particularly through lambing, shearing and tupping. A practical, fit candidate will thrive in a small, close-knit team.
