What we\’re looking for
We want someone who’s:
- Proactive, highly organised, and naturally helpful

???? A background in customer service or front-of-house/reception is a big plus.
- Comfortable with tech – particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Open to learn new AI technology.
- Great at prioritising and multitasking

- Be the first smile people see – welcome members and guests warmly and professionally
- Know your community – greet key members by name and understand their business needs
- Answer calls and handle enquiries efficiently and graciously
- Keep the Front of House immaculate, professional, and inviting
- Ensure guests are signed in and equipped with access cards
- Support meeting room and facility checks to ensure everything’s ready
- Occasionally host tours for potential members or visitors
- Help organise and run business and social events
- Guide customers on fire safety and health & safety procedures
