Social media is becoming increasingly important to how we tell our story, build our brand and engage both our B2B and B2C audiences. We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what content to create, but proactively identifies opportunities and brings ideas to life. You'll be responsible for identifying trends, generating ideas, creating engaging content, coordinating activity across the business and helping establish Blendsmiths as the leading voice in alternative beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Build and manage a content calendar.
- Capture photo and video content across the business.
- Identify social media trends and react quickly with relevant content.
- Work closely with colleagues, customers and partners to generate content opportunities.
- Manage community engagement and brand interactions.
- Analyse performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support product launches, campaigns and events.
- Develop content that resonates with both café operators and consumers.
