We are a £5m turnover food and drink business with a clear ambition to grow to £10m+, and we are looking for someone who can help take us there through exceptional marketing leadership. - Brand & Creative Direction
- Lead brand positioning and storytelling in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
- Ensure a distinctive, premium, and consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Raise the creative bar while maintaining commercial focus.
- Performance & Commercial Impact
- Drive measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
- Oversee marketing performance, ensuring strong ROI across all activity.
- Make data-informed decisions and continuously optimise performance.

- Develop an events and experiential marketing strategy that strengthens brand presence and drives customer engagement.
- Ensure events are commercially aligned and integrated with broader marketing campaigns.
- Leadership & Culture
- Lead, develop, and inspire a small marketing team.
- Create clarity, accountability, and momentum within the function.
- Hire and shape future team growth as the business scales.
We are looking for a rare combination of:
- Senior marketing leadership experience (Head of Marketing / Marketing Director level).

- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Deeply tuned into modern marketing trends, platforms, and behaviours.
- A collaborative leader who is kind, empathetic, and brings people with them.
- Someone who is comfortable being hands-on, while also setting clear strategic direction.
We are ambitious, but we are not a cut-throat environment. We want someone who is firm when needed, clear in decision-making, and relentlessly focused on outcomes, but who leads with respect and emotional intelligence.

- Commercially sharp and results-driven.
