Blended Products is a specialist in compressed industrial gases and chemical blending, and we are expanding our operations team. We offer full, structured training across every part of this role — no industry experience needed. WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
Day shifts, Monday to Friday, on our production site near Brigg:
- Operating compressed gas transfer plants
- Forklift operation — FLT certificate helpful but we can train you
- Loading and unloading HGV’s with a forklift truck
- Basic plant maintenance — inspection, diagnosis, and rectification
- Accurate hourly and daily production records
- Basic computer and numeracy skills used daily
THE TRAINING
We invest seriously in our people. When you join, you'll go through a comprehensive training programme covering every aspect of the role — gas transfer, chemical handling, quality control, plant maintenance, and more.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- GCSE level or equivalent (preferred, not essential)
