As we scale our Partnerships team, we’re looking for 4 x ambitious individuals who want to build a career in event sales and commercial partnerships.
The Opportunity
This is not just an SDR role - it’s a launchpad. You’ll start by owning outbound activity, building pipeline, and setting up high-value meetings with senior decision-makers using digital channels and the phone. But this role is designed to evolve. With training, mentorship, and exposure, you’ll develop into a full Account Executive, capable of owning deals and building long-term client relationships. What You’ll Be Doing (Day 1)
- Drive outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and importantly the phone
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the Partnerships team CRO
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects
- Work closely with senior sales leaders to refine messaging and targeting
- Learn how enterprise-level event and partnership sales works
What You’ll Grow Into (6–12 months)
- Running your own discovery calls
- Managing partnership conversations end-to-end
- Closing deals and owning revenue targets
- Building long-term client relationships
- Contributing to strategy on go-to-market and partnerships
