About Blend
Blend is a B2B growth engineering agency and HubSpot Partner. We help mid‑market technology companies build the connected growth engine that drives real pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics. But here’s what makes us different: we practice what we preach. We use the same growth engineering approach on ourselves that we use for clients. That means we’re constantly testing, iterating, and building. We believe marketing should be a growth engine, not a support function. If that’s how you think too, this role is for you.
The role
This is a brand new position, created because we’re growing and because we believe in investing in our own marketing as much as we do in our clients. We’re adding firepower. As Marketing Manager, you’ll own demand generation and pipeline marketing end‑to‑end. Campaigns, channels, paid media, events, AI experiments, the lot. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Director and the leadership team, and you’ll be the operational engine that connects strategy to results. This isn’t a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. It’s for someone who can hit the ground running, can think strategically and execute brilliantly, and knows the difference between when to do each.
What you’ll work on
- Demand generation and pipeline
- Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
- Own the demand gen calendar – campaigns, launches, events, and always‑on activity
- Work with the Marketing Director on GTM strategy for new services and product launches
- Track, report on, and optimise pipeline contribution from marketing activity
- Campaign management
- Run campaigns end‑to‑end: briefing, execution, optimisation, reporting
- Own key initiatives from strategy through to delivery – not just the execution layer
- Coordinate across the team and external partners to keep things moving
- Channel execution and paid media
- Own LinkedIn organic strategy and execution alongside the content team
- Manage and optimise our paid media engine – LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels
- Support event marketing for Blend’s own event series and trade show booths
- AI‑first marketing operations
- Help build and optimise AI‑powered tools that support our marketing and BDR functions
- Bring an AI‑first mindset to every problem
- Stay ahead of what’s emerging and bring new ideas to the table
- Reporting and insight
- Own the demand gen performance dashboard and regular reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Surface insights that drive decisions
- Use HubSpot as the central source of truth for campaign and pipeline data
What we’re looking for
- Experience
- 4+ years in a B2B marketing role
- Proven track record of running campaigns that have contributed to pipeline or revenue
- Experience with paid media – LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads essential
- Experience running and managing events essential
- HubSpot experience is a strong advantage
- Skills and approach
- Strategic thinker who can also roll their sleeves up and get things done
- AI‑native – you use AI tools in your day‑to‑day and you’re curious about what’s coming next
- Strong project management instincts
- Data‑literate – you can build a report, read a dashboard, and draw the right conclusions
- You take ownership. You don’t wait to be chased.
- Comfortable with pace and ambiguity – this is a growing agency, not a corporate machine
What you’ll get
- £45,000 – £55,000 salary plus a quarterly company bonus tied to business KPIs
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays and pension contributions
- Hybrid working – Reading office with flexibility
- A marketing function with genuine licence to experiment
- Direct access to senior leadership and real influence on how Blend grows
- A best‑in‑class tech stack to play with
- The chance to help shape and scale Blend’s marketing function as the company grows
The Pay Range For This Role Is 45,000 – 55,000 GBP per year (UK)
