Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Membership Development Executive at Blend in Devizes. As a Membership Development Exec at Blend, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our membership business. You will be a key member of our dynamic sales development team, acting as the eyes and ears in the market. Your responsibilities will include building relationships and securing commitments from senior executives in large-scale organisations to attend our partner events. Your efforts will be essential in fuelling the growth and expansion of our global membership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and initial outreach to prospective members/attendees
  • Invite prospective members to Blend Partner Events
  • Educate prospects on the value that Blend delivers to its members
  • Contact senior executives via telephone, email and LinkedIn
  • Video pitching to prospective executive attendees
  • Identify and connect with new contacts who align with the Blend value proposition
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate intel on prospective members
