About the Role

We're excited to welcome a results-driven, highly motivated Membership Development Executive to the Blend team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, building relationships, engaging prospects, and confidently communicating the value of Blend to potential members.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, develop your sales career, and make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing memberships

• Proactively contact and engage prospective members across multiple channels

• Clearly communicate Blend's value proposition, tailoring messaging to each prospect

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth

• Consistently meet sales targets and track progress using CRM systems

• A confident communicator with a genuine passion for sales

• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven

• Strong people skills with a positive, proactive attitude

• Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not essential, attitude and ambition matter most
