Company Description
Blend is a global leadership community for senior executives from enterprise organisations. We bring together C-suite and cross-functional leaders to connect, challenge thinking, and grow through diverse perspectives.
Our members don’t join for networking, they join for better conversations, better thinking, and better leadership. Through curated events, peer-led discussions, and high-trust environments, Blend helps leaders break out of silos and make better decisions in an increasingly complex world.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Membership Development Executive to help drive the growth of the Blend community.
This is a commercial, relationship-led role perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with senior leaders, understanding their world, and helping them see the value of being part of something different.
You’ll be responsible for generating new membership opportunities, managing conversations with prospective members, and ensuring a high-quality experience from first interaction through to onboarding.
This is not transactional sales — it’s thoughtful, consultative, and relationship-driven.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and engage senior leaders (C-suite, SVP, VP) across enterprise organisations
- Generate new membership opportunities through outbound calling and outreach and inbound channels
- Setting up calls for our membership sales leaders and supporting them in the close.
- Clearly communicate the value of Blend and guide prospects through the membership journey
- Maintain strong communication and engagement with prospective members
- Collaborate with internal teams (events, marketing, partnerships) to support growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Perfect for someone looking to build a career in sales, membership development, or account management
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- A relationship-first mindset — you build trust quickly and naturally
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify high-quality opportunities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in leadership, business, and people
Bonus (but not essential):
- Experience in a membership organisation, events business, or community-led model
- Background working with senior or enterprise-level audiences
What You’ll Get
- Competitive salary + commission structure
- Exposure to senior leaders across global enterprise organisations
- A fast-growing, high-energy environment with real progression opportunities
- The chance to be part of building a category-defining leadership community
Why This Role Matters
Our members are the community – Every conversation you have shapes who joins Blend and ultimately, the quality of the community itself. This role sits at the heart of our growth, ensuring we bring in the right people, in the right way.
