The Opportunity
This is not just an SDR role – it’s a launchpad. You’ll start by owning outbound activity, building pipeline, and setting up high‑value meetings with senior decision‑makers using digital channels and the phone. But this role is designed to evolve. With training, mentorship, and exposure, you’ll develop into a full Account Executive, capable of owning deals and building long‑term client relationships. If you’re hungry, curious, and want to learn how real sales works at a high level – this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day 1)
- Drive outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and importantly the phone
- Identify and engage senior decision‑makers
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the Partnerships team CRO

What You’ll Grow Into (6–12 months)
- Running your own discovery calls
- Closing deals and owning revenue targets
- Building long‑term client relationships
- Contributing to strategy on go‑to‑market and partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- Ambition — you want a career in sales, not just a job
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
- Strong work ethic and resilience (you’ll hear “no” — a lot)
- Curiosity — you ask questions and want to understand how things work
- Coachability — you’re open to feedback and hungry to improve

- Competitive salary + commission structure

The ideal candidate is an energetic self‑starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long‑term relationships.
