We’re looking for a Membership Development Executive to help drive the growth of the Blend community. This is a commercial, relationship-led role perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with senior leaders, understanding their world, and helping them see the value of being part of something different.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Generating new membership opportunities through outbound calling and outreach and inbound channels
- Managing conversations with prospective members
- Ensuring a high-quality experience from first interaction through to onboarding
Perfect for someone looking to build a career in sales, membership development, or account management. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify high-quality opportunities are essential.
Bonus (but not essential): Experience in a membership organisation, events business, or community-led model.
