Senior Education Recruitment Consultant

Teach 360 is a well-established and reputable teaching agency specializing in the long-term and permanent provision of teaching, support, administrative, and leadership personnel to primary, secondary, and special schools, as well as alternative provisions, PRUs, and specialist units. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-performing consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is ready to take their career to the next level.
We offer a warm desk covering NW London with existing relationships in place, giving you a solid foundation to build upon. If you\’re ambitious, financially motivated, and passionate about education recruitment, we want to hear from you!
What the role will involve:
- Managing and growing a warm desk – maintaining and expanding relationships with existing schools.
- Developing new client relationships to grow your portfolio and maximize business opportunities.
- Generating high-quality candidates through advertising, networking, referrals, and direct search.
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate attraction to placement.
- Providing a consultative approach to both candidates and clients, ensuring the best possible matches.
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and school hiring needs.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in education recruitment, ideally in a long-term or permanent desk.
- Be confident managing and developing client relationships, with a consultative approach.
- Be self-motivated, target-driven, and financially ambitious.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Be comfortable working in line with KPIs, weekly targets, and deadlines.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
