360 CRS is proud to announce the opening of our very first Children’s Residential Service in the Northeast!

This will be a multi-build registration with Ofsted which will accommodate up to six children in four beautiful rural apartments. This enriching setting is designed to meet the highest standards for specialist placements, offering a truly unique environment for care and development.

Set in 120 acres of stunning countryside, the home is a beautifully converted barn and farm, offering a peaceful and therapeutic setting. The location provides exceptional holistic benefits for both the team and the children.

We’re now looking for a passionate Deputy Manager to help lead a skilled team and make the most of this extraordinary setting and deliver outstanding care.

This role will develop as the multi-site registration does. We will initially be caring for up to two children which will require a combination of 9-5 office time and shifts. As the multi-build plan develops this role will also develop, moving into a 9-5 role. We offer unmatched career progression.
