Who We Are

The Bleep 360 Group is a leading provider of centralised support to our sister companies, ensuring seamless operations across Compliance, Pay & Bill, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Business Support, and Executive Support. We support healthcare and education professionals and provide care services from five office locations across the UK and one overseas. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Support Manager to maintain a productive and collaborative work environment across our teams and offices. In this role, you'll drive efficiency, lead a talented team, and implement innovative solutions to enhance our operational processes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop the Business Support Team, ensuring high performance and continuous process improvement.
  • Design, implement, and refine strategic systems and workflows to optimise business operations, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT partners to enhance resource usage, identify development areas, and overcome operational blockers.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring swift resolution while delivering outstanding service.
  • Oversee strategic and sensitive projects within Business Support.
  • Foster a positive office culture, promoting teamwork, innovation, and employee satisfaction.
  • Enhance communication and collaboration across departments to align operations with business goals.
  • Take ownership of office budgets and implement cost-effective solutions for resource management.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights and advocating for improvements in growth and company culture.
  • Support management with performance monitoring (absence/lateness, return-to-work interviews, probation reviews, and appraisals).
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, greeting visitors, promoting our values, and supporting employee engagement activities such as staff socials and event coordination.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Health & Safety Executive policies, risk assessments, and periodic reviews for office spaces.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws, updating policies as needed.
  • Minimise hazards by organising fire inductions, assigning fire wardens, and ensuring first-aid coverage.
  • Arrange regular safety checks for electrical equipment and devices.
