Bleep 360 Care is seeking an experienced Workforce Development Lead for a 6-month FTC in Greater London. The successful candidate will launch and lead a new Therapeutic Care Lead Programme, focused on enhancing therapeutic practices within our CAMHS Division.
This role offers the chance to shape a flagship workforce development programme through coaching and quality improvement, impacting children's care positively. The position is flexible, allowing up to 21 hours per week, fostering a supportive and values-driven workplace.
