The Role: As a Therapeutic Care Lead, you will work directly with children and young people while supporting care teams to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality care. You will help create positive outcomes by building meaningful relationships, promoting therapeutic practice and supporting service quality across multiple settings.

What You Will Do:

  • Build positive and therapeutic relationships with children and young people
  • Support young people with emotional, behavioural and mental health needs
  • Coach and support care teams to deliver outstanding care
  • Act as a positive role model for therapeutic and person-centred practice
  • Carry out quality spot-checks
