The Role
As Talent & HR Project Director, you are the driving force behind the design and execution of our talent and HR strategy. Working in an international and multicultural environment, you collaborate across countries and functions to deliver impact. You are a member of the Global HR Management Team and report directly to the CHRO. In this role, you lead strategic initiatives that accelerate employee growth and strengthen our organizational culture. While internal communication and employer branding are important pillars, your primary focus is on learning & development, cultural transformation, and organization-wide HR projects. Recruitment is supported at a strategic level by you through setting direction and frameworks, while the operational execution remains with the specialists in your team.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage global HR processes and policies across the entire employee lifecycle for soft HR topics — from employer branding and recruiting to onboarding, learning & development, and retention.
- Lead and develop the global talent team, consisting of Recruitment Experts, a Learning Manager, and an Internal Communications Manager.
- Develop and implement a clear vision for learning & development, including training programs, leadership development, and future-ready skills.
- Initiate and coordinate organization-wide HR initiatives on talent development, cultural initiatives, and change management projects.
- Oversee a strong, transparent internal communication framework that connects and engages employees.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team and management on organizational development, culture, and talent management.
- Shape employer branding and recruitment strategy, without managing day-to-day operations.
- Track and evaluate HR projects using data and employee feedback.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or Communication.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or a comparable project-driven role.
- Demonstrated experience with HR transformation and change initiatives in complex organizations, ideally in logistics or an international context.
- Very strong project management skills, with the ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver multiple complex initiatives simultaneously; consulting experience is a strong plus.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage people in times of change.
What We Offer
- A key role in shaping the growth of both our people and our organization.
- The opportunity to design and deliver large-scale HR projects.
- Freedom to turn your vision into impactful initiatives.
- Competitive salary and attractive benefits package.
- An innovative, international work environment where people are at the core of everything we do.
