This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 14:00 – 22:00 with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £30,500.00, depending on skills and experience, plus a shift allowance.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing an assigned floor or area within the warehouse, including operational processes, people, and client relationships, while proactively planning labour, equipment, and activities, and fostering a culture of safety and team development.

Key tasks:

  • Manage staff and workflow in a designated area
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed
  • Support team development through coaching and feedback
  • Assist with performance and disciplinary processes
  • Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects

Profile:

  • Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce
  • Experienced in managing teams
  • Flexible to work various shifts based on operational needs
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
  • Delivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement
  • Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement
