This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 - 17:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £37,000.00 depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting a strong safety culture across 2 sites
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies
- Supporting safe working practices for employees, visitors, and contractors
- Monitoring and maintaining Health & Safety compliance across 2 sites
- Creating and reviewing risk assessments
- Conducting workplace inspections and ensuring actions are completed
- Delivering safety training and briefings
- Ensuring adequate first aid and fire warden coverage
- Supporting safe contractor management and PPE compliance
- Assisting with business continuity and emergency plans
Qualifications:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or IOSH working toward NEBOSH)
- Confident in risk assessments, inspections, and investigations
- Training delivery experience (desirable)
