This is a permanent, part-time role, working weekends - Saturday and Sunday and covering the hours of 14:00 - 00:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary of 19,935.32 plus a weekend and a shift allowance of £2,786.16.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient working of a number of teams over the course of a shift, across all activities related to client order fulfilment.
- Plan and allocate resources (staff, equipment, consumables) to ensure smooth fulfilment operations
- Implement efficient processes to exceed client expectations in quality and accuracy
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and Health & Safety, addressing any breaches per policy
- Set and achieve KPIs to drive performance and profitability
- Build strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimise service disruption
Profile:
- Previous experience working as a Shift Manager
- Confident in planning own shifts and managing agency headcount
- Ability to lead, support, and motivate a team
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or fashion is highly preferable
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
