This is a permanent, full-time, daytime position working Monday to Friday, offering a salary ranging from £31,430.00 to £44,900.00 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, plus a car allowance.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for acting as the on-site delivery arm of the Cluster Performance & Continuous Improvement function, ensuring effective execution of performance standards and improvement initiatives, while providing hands-on insight and supporting site leadership to deliver consistent, measurable improvements across productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
- Site Performance Execution & Insight
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of site performance data in line with cluster KPI standards
- Analyse performance to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Provide clear, data-driven insight to support operational decision-making
- Continuous Improvement Delivery
- Lead site-level CI initiatives aligned with the cluster roadmap (root cause, 5S, kaizen)
- Implement improvements to drive productivity, flow, quality, and stability
- Track and sustain CI benefits, ensuring long-term impact
- Standardisation & Cluster Alignment
- Deploy and maintain standardised processes, tools, and best practices
- Act as the key site contact for cluster-led initiatives and change activity
- Ensure site execution aligns with cluster governance and client requirements
- Operational Partnership & Coaching
- Partner with Operations, ICQA, Systems, and QA teams to improve execution
- Provide on-the-floor coaching and support on processes and efficiency
- Identify and help remove barriers to performance improvement
- Quality, Compliance & Safety
- Support audits and ensure compliance with processes and standards
- Deliver CI initiatives in line with Health & Safety requirements
- Promote a structured and safe approach to change
- Culture & Capability
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Encourage team engagement and local ownership of improvements
- Support capability development through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Support performance reviews with operational teams and managers
