Join Bleckmann, a market leader in supply chain management for fashion and lifestyle brands, to support our customers as the first point of contact via email and live chat. This is a permanent, full‑time daytime role (Monday‑Friday) with flexibility during peak periods. Annual salary: £27,583.49.
Responsibilities
- Team with Senior Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to customers via email and live chat—fast, friendly, and on‑brand.
- Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle complaints with empathy, turning issues into positive outcomes.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers.
- Stay informed about new drops, promotions, and policy changes to keep customers ahead.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (preferred in e‑commerce or fashion).
