This is a Fixed-term position working Monday to Friday covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers at £29,288.09 depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, data retrieval, database maintenance, and compile regular operational reports.
  • Support the management of the relationship between Bleckmann and Amazon, helping to build and maintain a strong long-term partnership.
  • Monitor and analyse site KPIs, identifying performance issues and escalating breaches to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare Weekly Business Review (WBR) reports and support the creation of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Manage client expectations and ensure exceptional customer service remains at the forefront of all activities.
  • Collaborate closely with site management teams to improve stock accuracy, service levels, and the successful delivery of client-focused projects, including full physical stock counts.
  • Liaise with warehouse management to ensure operational readiness for volume fluctuations, promotional activity, peak trading periods, and other client-driven changes.
  • Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, productivity, and capacity.
  • Provide support across the operation and undertake additional duties as required to support site and business objectives.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience within a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience monitoring KPIs and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and manipulation of large datasets.
  • Ability to learn and develop expert-level knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
