This is a permanent, full-time, daytime position working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of up to £66,000.00 per annum plus a car allowance.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving operational efficiency through data-led insights and systems across multiple sites, working closely with Operations, Finance, and IT to improve performance, planning, and decision-making.
  • Ensure efficient flow of operations by identifying improvements and removing bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain tools to support KPI tracking and performance visibility.
  • Support managers in evaluating volumes versus forecasts and planning resources effectively.
  • Analyse KPI performance and work with stakeholders to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations in operational meetings.
  • Support event planning and execution, including allocations and workflow planning.
  • Manage and develop the team in line with company standards (performance, absence, disciplinary, recruitment).
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment.

Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working in a BI, data, or performance-focused role within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and IT.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple sites.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong focus on operational efficiency, accuracy, and performance delivery.
