This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. Offering a salary of £32,000.00 - £36,000.00 per annum, depending on skills and experience, the role will support three facilities across Corby, Lutterworth, and Bury St Edmunds, with regular travel between sites required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR support across multiple sites, advising managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and delivering effective HR administration.
  • Advising and supporting managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management.
  • Building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
  • Managing HR administration, including recruitment, contracts, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and producing reports to support business decision-making.
  • Supporting employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with a strong employee relations focus.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required.
