This is a Fixed-term position working Monday to Friday covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers at £29,288.09 depending on skills and experience.
- Perform data entry, data retrieval, database maintenance, and compile regular operational reports.
- Support the management of the relationship between Bleckmann and Amazon, helping to build and maintain a strong long-term partnership.
- Monitor and analyse site KPIs, identifying performance issues and escalating breaches to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with site management teams to improve stock accuracy, service levels, and the successful delivery of client-focused projects, including full physical stock counts.
- Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, productivity, and capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and trends.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and manipulation of large datasets.
