This is a permanent, full‑time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 – 16:00 or 16:00 – 00:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary between £28,000 – £29,700, depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance for the late shift positions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of operational administration processes supporting warehousing activities.
  • The role ensures reliable data management for invoicing, workforce tracking, and reporting, enabling efficient operational control.
  • Act as a key administrative link between operations and support functions, contributing to data quality, process compliance and smooth day‑to‑day execution within the site.
  • Act as a key contact for admin queries, resolving or escalating as needed.
  • Produce and maintain accurate hours worked reports.
  • Manage ATREA system activities, including reporting and exceptions.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Finance, HR and IT.
  • Support process improvements and carry out SOP audits.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and projects.
  • Manage and maintain accurate workforce administration, including validation and correction of hours worked, attendance data and system registrations to ensure reliable payroll and invoicing inputs.
  • Prepare and deliver operational reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on workforce metrics, costs and productivity, ensuring accuracy and timely availability for decision‑making.
  • Support invoicing processes by verifying operational data inputs and ensuring alignment between recorded activities and billing requirements.
  • Act as key user for administrative systems (e.g. attendance or time registration tools), including managing data integrity, resolving issues and supporting end‑users where required.
  • Perform structured checks and audits on administrative processes and SOP adherence, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with defined standards.
  • Serve as first point of contact for administrative queries from operations, finance, HR and IT, ensuring efficient issue handling and correct information exchange.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical enhancements within the existing framework.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of administrative procedures, supporting consistency and continuity of operations.
