Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 00:00, rotating each 2 weeks, with flexibility required during peak periods.
The role offers an annual salary of up to £29,782.91, depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance.
- Tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels within the Distribution Centre, ensuring efficient stock flow and high inventory integrity in line with operational and Health & Safety standards.
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counting, stock checks, and discrepancy investigation
- Investigate and resolve stock variances and process stock adjustments
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS
- Work closely with operations to ensure the efficient movement and control of stock
- Support continuous improvement in inventory processes
- Ensure all activities meet Health & Safety and hygiene standards
- Profile
- Experience in warehouse inventory / stock control
- Competent in picking and stock handling using MHE WMS experience essential; e‑commerce / 3PL preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Good communicator and reliable team player
- Health & Safety focused
