Job Details
Fixed‑term position working Monday to Friday covering the hours of 08:00 – 16:00, with flexibility required during peak periods.
Role offers a salary of £29,288.09, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, data retrieval, database maintenance, and compile regular operational reports.
- Support the management of the relationship between Bleckmann and Amazon, helping to build and maintain a strong long‑term partnership.
- Monitor and analyse site KPIs, identifying performance issues and escalating breaches to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare Weekly Business Review (WBR) reports and support the creation of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Manage client expectations and ensure exceptional customer service remains at the forefront of all activities.
- Collaborate closely with site management teams to improve stock accuracy, service levels, and the successful delivery of client‑focused projects, including full physical stock counts.
- Liaise with warehouse management to ensure operational readiness for volume fluctuations, promotional activity, peak trading periods, and other client‑driven changes.
- Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, productivity, and capacity.
- Provide support across the operation and undertake additional duties as required to support site and business objectives.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience within a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and manipulation of large datasets.
- Ability to learn and develop expert‑level knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
