Responsibilities

  • Design and implement warehouse solutions.
  • Develop efficient warehouse layouts and optimize material flows.
  • Integrate automation to enhance operational performance.
  • Support operational teams in optimizing existing processes and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, IT specialists, and operations teams.
  • Contribute to increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring scalability.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Technical Expertise – Strong background in warehouse operations, layout design, and process optimization; proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD) and warehouse simulation tools; knowledge of automation systems, material handling equipment, and WMS; data analysis skills; familiarity with Methods‑Time Measurement.
  • Experience & Education – 5‑7 years in warehouse design, supply chain engineering, or related field; degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related.
  • Personal Qualities & Soft Skills – Customer engagement, leadership & influence, strategic & analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset, communication & stakeholder management, global mindset.
  • Communication Skills – Fluent in English (written & verbal); strong presentation skills.
  • Additional Requirements – Interest in new technologies; willingness to travel occasionally for supplier engagements, site visits, and customer meetings.
