This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday and offers a salary up to £37,672.00 per annum plus car allowance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering a flexible, varied and robust facilities service across all sites, while assisting with day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in line with company Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality (ESH+Q) policies and procedures.
• Support smooth running of UK sites and facilities operations.
• Monitor services (maintenance, cleaning, waste) and follow up issues.
• Coordinate repairs and contractor activities.
• Ensure compliance and statutory checks are completed.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and site teams.
• Manage Facilities systems and records.
• Respond to urgent issues and escalate where needed.
• Support ordering of materials and supplies.

• Strong FM and contractor coordination skills.
• Good understanding of compliance requirements.
• Proactive, organised and adaptable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented, able to prioritise workload.
• Hands-on, flexible and solutions-focused mindset.
