This is a permanent, full‑time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £27,000.00 depending on skills and experience.

Tasks and responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring UK sites, equipment, and building services operate to Bleckmann standards, coordinating contractors and maintenance activities, and maintaining compliance with legal and internal requirements.
  • Support Senior Facilities Coordinators to keep sites fully operational.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance, cleaning, waste, and recycling services.
  • Schedule contractors and manage inductions and documentation.
  • Maintain RAMS, permits, and compliance records.
  • Keep facilities trackers updated and escalate issues promptly.
  • Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Assist with ordering supplies, payment processes, and new supplier set‑up.
Profile
  • Experience in facilities coordination (multi‑site preferred).
  • Practical, flexible, and solutions‑focused approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Awareness of compliance legislation.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC/electrical/plumbing (beneficial).
  • Experience in similar roles.
