This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday that offers a salary up to £37,672.00 per annum plus car allowance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities Manager in delivering a flexible, varied and robust facilities service across all sites, while assisting with day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in line with company Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality (ESH+Q) policies and procedures.
  • Support the smooth running of UK sites and facilities operations.
  • Monitor services (maintenance, cleaning, waste) and follow up on issues.
  • Coordinate repairs and contractor activities.
  • Ensure compliance and statutory checks are completed.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers and site teams.
  • Manage facilities systems and records.
  • Respond to urgent issues and raise escalation where needed.
  • Support ordering of materials and supplies.
