Tasks and responsibilities
- Lead staff and workflow in your assigned area
- Ensure safe working practices are followed
- Coach and support team development
- Assist with performance, conduct, and absence management
- Drive continuous improvement and support projects
- Ensure team performance meets key KPIs (accuracy, productivity, service)
- Maintain stock accuracy through counting, investigation, and adjustments
- Work closely with operations to ensure efficient stock flow
- Support internal stakeholders with stock-related queries
Profile
- Leadership experience, ideally in logistics, retail, or e-commerce
- Experienced in managing teams
- Knowledge of WMS (e.g., JDA) and strong Excel skills
- Background in stock control, inventory, production, or quality
- Accurate, quality-focused, and improvement-minded
- Strong communicator who engages and motivates team
- Analytical approach and highly attentive to details
