This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 16:00-00:00 with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £33,000.00 depending on skills and experience, plus a shift allowance.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead staff and workflow in your assigned area
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed
  • Coach and support team development
  • Assist with performance, conduct, and absence management
  • Drive continuous improvement and support projects
  • Ensure team performance meets key KPIs (accuracy, productivity, service)
  • Maintain stock accuracy through counting, investigation, and adjustments
  • Work closely with operations to ensure efficient stock flow
  • Support internal stakeholders with stock-related queries

Profile

  • Leadership experience, ideally in logistics, retail, or e-commerce
  • Experienced in managing teams
  • Knowledge of WMS (e.g., JDA) and strong Excel skills
  • Background in stock control, inventory, production, or quality
  • Accurate, quality-focused, and improvement-minded
