Tasks and responsibilities: Main purpose of job Partnering with Distribution Centre Managers to ensure the P&L and Balance Sheets for your assigned sites are effectively managed Key tasks Financial management of Site(s) P&L and Balance Sheet Production of weekly management accounts for the site(s) by client Business Partnering with Site Manager/ Site Operations Manager Working with operational teams to enhance the Financial and Operational performance and understanding, using data to drive improved performance Working with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely billing Production of insightful Client reporting Working with the Onboarding teams to ensure the seamless integration of new clients into Bleckmann To promote and create a continuous improvement culture through identifying areas for improvement and positively acting on them To foster a positive working environment through regular communication with the team, providing feedback; encouraging ideas, developing skills, understanding concerns, and celebrating success Profile: Skills and attributes Analytical when dealing with problems Enjoys a challenge Structured approach to work Conveys information in a clear, structured, and understandable manner Good verbal and written communication skills Confident working with Excel, including manipulating information Commercially astute Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant What do we offer?
