About Bleach
Bleach London is the brainchild of renowned fashion hairstylist Alex Brownsell, who pioneered the twenty-first-century home hair colour revolution. She turned bleaching and dyeing friends\’ hair at home into the world’s first salon focused on colouring rather than cutting. Ten years, four locations and a ground-breaking product range later, Bleach London now ships an ever-evolving selection of home bleaches, toners, colour and care products all over the world.
All formulas are vegan and cruelty-free and come with expert instructions that allow consumers to bleach and dye like a professional in no time.
The company is a leading hair care provider, and is sold in retailers including Boots, Superdrug, The Hut Group, ASOS and Amazon, as well as Walmart, CVS and Kroger in the US.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be a key player in a small but mighty UK sales team, reporting into the Head of UK Sales. You will be responsible for managing and growing key retail accounts in the grocery and pureplay sectors. Developing strategic partnerships and driving sales, you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and product development to ensure successful delivery of brand objectives and sales targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing key accounts in the UK e.g. LookFantastic, Asos, Sainsburys
- Ownership of targets and delivery – identifying and executing opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Provide regular and ad hoc sales reports to senior leadership team to give insights and analysis
- Ensure accurate forecasting and proactive demand management with the supply team
- Be stock obsessed, working closely across multiple departments to manage stock levels effectively to ensure optimised sales opportunities.
- Analyse and optimise marketing and promotional plans to ensure maximise impact and awareness of Bleach London through retail partnerships.
- Represent the brand with passion and professionalism, ensuring consistent messaging across retail touchpoints.
- Stay on top of category trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Experience That Fits This Role
- Currently in an account manager or national account executive role with +2 years of experience managing pureplay and/or grocery customers in the UK (such as Lookfantastic, ASOS, Tesco, Sainsburys).
- Commercially astute and data minded.
- Genuinely passionate about the health and beauty industry.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of self motivation and determination.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and commercial reporting tools.
