About the Role - Operations Administrator

Bleach isn’t your average haircare brand. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing and monitoring retail orders and assisting with new line form completion
  • Monitoring D2C order portals, liaising with warehouses and communicating with customers to provide end to end support for our D2C channels
  • Raising sample orders and campaign shipments for all marketing projects
  • Raising and maintaining purchase orders, supporting in new product set up and maintaining product master data
  • Maintaining tracking and reporting tools to allow wider visibility of the Logistics and Supply Chain operations
  • Support the wider operations team in maintaining ERP systems to the highest standards.

Experience That Fits This Role

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin operations or fulfilment role
  • Ability to prioritise several tasks and organise a diverse workload.
  • Confident user of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Google Sheets, SAP and ecommerce platforms.
  • Confident interacting with customers in a professional manner
  • A collaborative, roll up your sleeves mindset
